A fine open fabric of cotton or silk, made by looping, twisting, or knitting thread in patterns and used especially for trimming garments. "a dress trimmed in white lace"
Lace has been a delicate and beautiful fabric decorating clothes for centuries. Throughout the years, lace making has evolved lace into an intricate fabric used on various forms of clothing. My little Shop has decided to incorporate very fine lace on our pyjamas and nightgowns for its elaborate detail and unique qualities.
Our lace is given special attention to detail, as it is handmade in Spain with our other fabrics. Spain is one of the few places in the world that has the real “savoir-faire” of fine lace. They are one of the few who know the true process and beauty of crafting fine lace. This key feature on our nightgowns represents our appreciation of going into deeper detail with all of our fabrics and products.
“I consider lace to be one of the prettiest imitations ever made of the fantasy of nature”
The fine and handmade lace on the bodices of our nightgowns gives them a soft and beautiful look, but also provides comfort to the child wearing it. My little Shop is proud to have very fine lace on our products. You can find more nightgowns with this exquisite lace feature, such as Sweetie pictured left, in our Summer Collection and Timeless pieces.
